Here is how I keep my baked goods from sticking to my baking dish. This works great for casseroles as well!
Turn your dish over and cover with foil.
Press the foil over the dish so it takes on the shape of the dish.
Turn the dish over and pop the foil into it, pressing it so it is a tight fit.
Fill and bake as usual.
Remove dish from oven and cool on cooling rack.
Pull up on foil and remove your item from pan
After item is cooled, you are ready to pull the foil away leaving you with beautiful baked goods and clean dishes

Any tip that makes life easier is a great tip–thanks! I bet you could just leave the foil on and wrap the bread up for the freezer, too!
Hi Julie! This is how I’ve been freezing my meals, so they are ready to go when I get home! I just wrap them up in the foil, and the stack up so nicely in the freezer!
